Audio Spike Problem

Hello.  I have this problem where my volume will go to what seems like 1000% but I cannot turn it down and I have to restart my computer, This does occasionally happen but I have noticed that whenever I am currently in a discord call and I join another call it spikes my volume.

I have a razer kraken tournament edition and I'm pretty sure I checked my drivers but I may have done it wrong.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
