OC Crashing My PC- WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

So my PC from Digital Storm came with a CPU OC on it. Anytime I enable the OC profile they created in the bois, when I launch a game my PC will crash. The error I get is: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. My CPU. My CPU was overclocked from 3.5 to 4.2ghz. My guess is that I am pushing the CPU to hard. Any help would be great.

Either increase the voltage or lower your clockspeeds then use prime95 to test out stability.

It wouldn't be an issue if they overclocked it properly.

And this kids is why I am weary of some system builders. Including ASUS, Alienware and ORIGIN. @digitalnav, any input?

Hey @Sincostan , sorry to see you are having issues. What game is this occurring in or is it all games? You can message me your order number or we can have others here provide input as well.

Can you  try to turn off the OC first and see if it crashes? Can you send me a picture of the BIOS profile?

Honestly Digital Storm is one of the best pre-built pc companies there is. I cant stand Alienware. But Digital Storm is not overpriced, and has great support and warranty. I could have built my own but only paying 150$ more than if I built it myself and having that peace of mind and 3 year warranty I couldn't give it up.

Also, you might want to try updating your BIOS or just remove the overclock and see what happens.
