Budget Smartwatch with accurate tracking?

Hi 🙂

I am looking for a good budget Smartwatch, with good accurate tracking. I watched "The Quantified Scientist" reviews, and he suggests a fitbit for good results (specially for Sleeping) or an Applewatch (for Blood Preassure). Is there something with similar accuracy in the 100€ Pricerange?
