Unusual Low GPU Usage PLS Help

So i have a xeon w3565 and Quadro 2000 (i know its not a gaming gpu) and for some time i am getting realy low gpu usage in Minecrft, GTA 5, CSGO... so in minecrft u usualy got 200-300 fps on normal settings (without shaders) and my gpu usage was at like 70-100% and cpu 20-40%. Now my cpu usage is at 90-100% and gpu usage 20-60% and if i have low gpu usage i get lower fps nad i added SEUS renewed shaders on max settings and i tod it will make gpu work more becouse of demanding shaders but it stayed the same exept my fps was at 20. Please help.

Your CPU usage is close to or even at 100 % and you want it to go faster?
Well, 100 % is the limit. CPU and graphics card are a team, limited by the weakest team mate.

In your case, your CPU is limiting (bottlenecking) your graphics card, because your CPU is not made for gaming.
It has 4 cores, 8 threads, but only 3,46 GHz boost frequency and for gaming single core performance is important.
So if you want to max out your graphics card, get a CPU with better single core performance, like a i5-11400, but you would have to get a different mainboard.

I know but i want my GPU to run faster and the CPU to run at 20-60% Upper picture is before and the other is now.

At the bottom picture, there seems to be a lot of work for your CPU.

Probably because of the different chunks loaded?

Maybe some heavy redstone stuff or item drops cause the problem. No idea, what you did there.

Your CPU is maxed out, so your graphics card can't go any faster.

But you still get 70 FPS. So I bet, you dont even see the difference.

Those are the same chunks from the same mc server, yes i see a diference becouse it stutters a lot.
