I am a programmer, mostly programming on python, java, php and html. Looking for a good and affordable laptop for my work. Can anyone suggest me? Gaming is not a priority.

Which country, how affordable is affordable?

 

How about a Thionkpad E14/E15 G3, and in addition 3-5 years Premium Support with next day repair. Since it's for Workj, you kinda want something with next day repair, to minimize any loss.

 

That's a primary Reason, most Companies go for Thinkpad T-series, because they are usually reliable, and Lenovo's Premiuim Support has great Service.

 

Alternative: Dell Latitude series
