3600MHz CL18 RAM is almost the same as 3200MHz CL16 RAM, so I would recommend getting that instead. Go for a better SSD too, for sure.

actually a good list

Though i suggest changing

Cooler to phantom or fuma 2

Ssd to kingston a2000

Psu to msi mpg (not neccesary but save a few bucks)

Cheaper 3200 cl16 rams (3600 cl18 has the same performance as 3200mhz cl16, though i think cl16 is preffered here since no apu)

Mobo to b550a pro or tomahawk (x570 is uneccesary)

5600x to 5800x (prob doable with the money saved)

The parts look great but I would recommend going with a little more high-end cooler (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/43Jm68) and I added an extra fan

You don't need a 360mm AIO to cool a 5600X. Total waste of money.

He has a budget of 1200...i was trying to use most of that so i went with a high-end cooler.

I do agree with you though...but you should probably put something a little nicer than a hyper 212 on it...

A ~$30 cooler like the Arctic Freezer 34 will be fine. The money saved can be better spent elsewhere.
