I already have a old monitor which i will be upgrading soon. So i just need help with configuring the best budget build under 1L (1356 Usd). AMD cpu prefered and future upgradability.

So are you suggesting that i wait until next year for a upgradability pc (ddr5). 

I just have a old 32 inch monitor that i want to upgrade but only after i first upgrade my pc.

i mean you can just build now, you might or might not regret it idk... prices for first gen are always more expensive. so i would build now personally. idk indian prices or stores so indians on the forum might be able to help you more.

Upgradability meaning upgrade parts when more money comes in. Like more ram slots or pcie lanes.
