Budget (including currency): max. $4300 AUD (including everything) -  but I don't really know how much I should spend on peripherals

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly games such as:

- Minecraft RTX/Shaders

- Minecraft Dungeons

- COD Modern Warfare

- Cooking Simulator

- Metro Exodus

I also do a little bit of blender for fun

Other details

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/vdcfNP - This only includes the PC build

This is my first build, so idk if these parts are compatible or overkill. Gonna overclock a tiny bit. I'm planning to buy in the next 6 months to 2 years to futureproof it somewhat. I left out the peripherals because I don't have much experience, and I think I could snag a deal on Marketplace/Gumtree, but any suggestions are appreciated

Preferred peripherals: 1440p 144/165hz dual monitor setup, wired keyboard + mouse is fine (but if there are some great wireless alternatives, let me know!)

Questions:

Can this setup play 1440p at 144hz?

Is $1000 AUD for peripherals too much?

Is Q-Flash the same as BIOS flashback, and can my motherboard update to version F30 without a CPU?

How loud might this build be?

From,

A random Aussie

You can do a 1440p dual monitor setup easily, for sure. You can set the fan speed on the case fans. I have similar fans, have them set to quiet in the iCUE software, and they work just fine with minimal noise. When you start overclocking though, that's when you'll want to set them to standard.

Here is a better list if you are gonna buy now.

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/nH3tPV

There'll be new Intel CPUs next month and new AMD CPUs later, So if you are not buying parts right now, Wait before you have all of money ready and ask here again.

Only one thing, If you have some money, aim for good GPU, look for GPU stocks and you might be able to buy something on MSRP.
