Best <=650W PSU right now up to 75$ on Amazon

I need a PSU from Amazon that is right now the best and I don't need more than 650W, if you find higher than it's better of course

 

Edit: From a reputable known brand, not one of these Chinese companies that flood Amazon right now,
And Chinese means no Gigabyte as well after what they did
