The Action Center is what opens up when you click in the icon you posted, which appears on the taskbar.

 

The Notification Area is part of the taskbar where the Action Center icon and other icons appear.

 

Focus Assist is a setting that allows you to turn off some notifications.

I apologize for the incorrection in spelling. My question is about the confusing subject of the Notification Area. If you right-click on the messaging looking icon (on the taskbar--on the right-side) it shows 'Action Center' and another one called 'Focus assist'. I completely understand that you are not a Windows user, so kindly don't worry about the problem.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe.
