So I'm planning to make a new PC using these parts.

 

Is there any better options for a cheaper price?

The aftermarket thermal paste is unnecessary.

This system is going to be used for modern gaming and light editing. (Let's plays, not heavily edited)

Get the 8320 or the FX-6300 and get a 212 EVO with the money saved. The 8120 is just sad. Also, you may need a beefier PSU if your running a FX CPU and that 760 (the EVGA 600 B is $60 here in the USA). Other than that, the rest is nice.

The 8320 can be found for $150 or $160 (89.57-95.55 pounds). I am not sure if pricing is an exact translation to what it is in the states, but it will at least give you a decent estimate. Also, the Hyper 212 EVO will allow for a little bit of overclocking and a nice and silent operation.

Not by much when gaming. For video editing, the extra cores show. Depends if you really want to spend the extra money.

It is slightly better, but at a cost. Again, it depends if you want the extra power in return for a higher price.
