Windows 10 update failed

Hello,

My sisters laptop lost power during an update, and now it doesn't work. The startup Repair doesn't solve it, and on the cmd i've tried sfc /scannow, DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth and restorehealth. Also CHKDSK /R and /F, but it cannot write on it. Then I went into diskpart, and tried attributes disk clear readonly. It couldn't do it so I took the drive out and plugged it into my desktop and cleared them, but when i fired the laptop back on with the drive in it, I had the same problem, it couldn't write to it.

I'm out of ideas, if someone knows what to try next, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.

@Patxi

Hmm, if possible - and nothing "important" is on the drive - just format the PC.

Are there any partition left on the drive in question?
If not you will need to reinstall windows on it (the installer can make its own partitions so that saves you the headache).

And how did you 'clear' them? (and what)

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
