Having Plex issues on Unraid.Help?

WIth some movies in my plex library, I get the following error: Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up.

I've deleted my codecs, restarted the server and the docker container separately, disabled subtitles, scanned library files and refreshed metadata of individual movies. 

 

At this point I've run out of Google results, if you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

Update: Thanks to a helpful person, the problem is fixed! 

 

Disabling the option to play trailers before the movie plays fixed the issue. It couldn't fetch the trailer for some movies, and that was causing the crash.

I was able to fix it (with help), but the specs are a Xeon E5-1630 V4 in an Asus X99-E WS USB 3.1. 32GB of G-Skill DDR4 @ 2400MHz.
