srttrail.txt. fix

hello, after cleaning my pc today i ran into a blue screen with this error (srttrail.txt) anyone know how to fix it?

i found a few tutorials online but nothing seems to work

I typed some commands in command prompt, i can remember them all. 

I tried to reset my pc to stock settings its says "There was a problem while resetting your pc"

I fixed it somehow I typed some more commands in command prompt and it booted up.
