As you can see i have lot of questions to ask :D. So is it worth to go for Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600MHz maybe 1866MHz or Corsair Vengeance Pro grey 1600MHz probably 1866MHz maybe 2133MHz. I looked some post that guys trying to oc RAM too it was new for me so i wanted to try this with my next build. Dominator probably have better cooling, oh maybe i go for Corsair´s RAM that supports extra aircooling but lets see.

Corsair makes some phenomenal products. This fully applies to their RAM. However, whichever you choose totally depends on your budget.

As a tidbit, 1600MHz will be all you need for gaming.. It in itself may be slight overkill. I personally wouldn't spend the extra money on the 2133MHz + variations. I would spend the money smarter on other parts of the build that gaming would actually use.

This is, of course, if gaming is your primary goal. If you are doing other PC-Intensive tasks such as video rendering, then that may or may not change the scenario around.

Quite up to you though mate. I would depend it on my budget personally. Though I do have to mention, G.Skill RAM is just as good and aesthetically pleasing IMO. Those are always my two choices.

Actually 1866MHz or 2133MHz is almost the same price maybe max 8euros difference :D But dominator is good for gaming too but i think slightly better chane to overclock it looks beautiful. Dominator is max 40 euros expensive but probably i will not buy this 128€ spend it more for ssd, or better gpu or cpu cooling etc.

I trust a few brands, but other than that, I would say that ram is not a vital area compared to a lot of other stuff. Most people who spend the extra cash on different ram probably don't need them.
