Case controlled fans

Hi, I currently have one fan in my build, but for obvious reasons it gets hot really fast... So I want to buy at least 3 more but I have no idea wich type of fan I need. I want them to be argb and be able to control it like my other fans rgb and case rgb, with a rgb button on the case. Btw, some recomendations? not too expensive pls!

you have the Phanteks SK120 DRGB, but other than that not many fans worth buying is cheaper than this 15-18$ per fan

its more expensive than the fan u said was too expensive.. but 

it has less airflow

less pressure

much more noise and motor noise

The one I said was too expensive was only one fan, these are 3. But okay I dont want them to be noisy, thanks
