CPU stuck at 0.78 GHz

Jash..

I have a really old AMD A6 3670K with Radeon HD graphics and just 8Gb of ram which doesn't matter for the issue that we have here.

CPU: AMD A6 3670K APU

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2 (rev. 2.0)

RAM: 8GB

Over the years it's been pretty great but I was busy for a long time and didn't use my PC, and now when I start it after a month it is just stuck at 0.78GHz and I can't do anything to solve it.

I tried multiple things, changed the clock speed, didn't work.

Tried to use ThrottleStop it won't even start saying my CPU is not supported...

So yea it's that old.

And the worst part is, this is all I got..

I cannot afford to buy a new PC.

I'm from India and things have been pretty rough lately.

So any help would be appreciated.

Majorly if the issue can be solved it'd great,

Or donations for my new CPU would work fine as well😉

Just kidding unless you're rich and donating $300-500 won't affect you.

What motherboard are you using? Do you have a debug switch on your board?

Did they have it in budget range boards in 2012?
