Pc not working

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

 

 

What happened? I built a pc, Rtx 3080ti mai Gaming x trio, ryzen 3700x, rog strix b550 a and 16 go of Corsair vengeance rgb at 3200 mhz. My case was a fractal design meshify c and a be quiet cooler. 

 

 

What did you expect to happen? i expected my pc to boot right away but when I turned my pc on for the first time 2 lights on my motherboard came up. The boot light was on and my vga light was on. So what I did was test my graphics card on a buddies pc and it booted and it even ran a few games. I was relived it wasn’t the most expensive part. But then I troubleshooted the bios and nope the same thing happened the two lights turned on. After this I had proofed that the graphics card the cpu ( because motherboard passed cpu light) the ram( because it passed the ram lights) and the power supply were all working. I then continued to trouble shoot my storage which was a 500gb ssd and a 2tb hdd and they both worked on my friends pc. So honestly I do not know what to do at this point if some of you do l know please help.
