vGPU performance?

Just how much performance do i lose by using a vGPU?

I am using VMware Workstation Pro,I can play games (the virtual machine is launched as a DX11 application for performance)

A PC Enthusiast since 2011
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X@4.65GHz | GIGABYTE RTX 3080 GAMING OC | 4x 8GB Micron Rev.E (D9VPP) 3800MHz 16-19-14-21-58
