I need help in buying oval double flange eartip for anc earphone

I have brought realme Buds wireless 2 

Which has ANC upto 25 dB and LDAC

But I am able to hear my fan and some traffic sounds 

Which the company claims to eliminate fan and traffic

I have used all the eartip provided with the earphone but I can still hear some sound of fan and traffic 

I think the problem is with the eartip size not sealing my ear 

As it is my first anc earphone 

So I started searching for the oval double flange eartip on various sites such as Amazon and various Chinese e-commerce sites 

But unable to find my eartip that is oval double flange

If oval eartips have a name please tell me 

If you know where can I get double flange oval eartip please give the link

I also attach picture of the eartip so you have an idea what I am talking about

I honestly never see oval nozzle tips on the market.

 

Though I can suggest look up Comply foam ear tips (400 series), because they can follow ear canal shape. Just pray it fits your nozzle.

 

Another suggestion I can think of is CIEM because they inherently seal the best following ear canal shape. Avara custom make affordable CIEM at $150 (single BA), you just need to make ear impression from audiologist and send to them.

I tried circular/normal eartip but it does not seal and leak the audio 

ANC performance decreased after using circular eartip
