Can't install realtek manager.

Finally assembled my new pc and its working, my mb are asus rog strix b550-f gaming (wi-fi), everything seems like went smoth, except one thing for now:

I can install realtek audio manager, i dl drivers from asus site, its pretty big (500mb) but the only thing that get installed are realtek audio driver, and i cant get manager.

i'm using windows 10 pro, didn't had such problem with my old pc.
