Budget (including currency):  around 700 usd

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  destiny 2, csgo, conquers blade, tf2, a lil fortnite and maybe roblox

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

This is what I currently plan on upgrading to when I get my Christmas bonus I have most of the stuff here except the ram cpu cpu cooler and monitor Is this a good idea or should I not get some stuff? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nLV4xc

Ok so you need a cpu, cooler, ram and board right?

For cpu get the 9900(k not needed since h series board) as pure 8 core cpu's are next on the chopping block for being able to play games without stutters. 8700k is also an option.

For the cooler get a sycthe fuma 2 it's 60$ and on average 3c worse than the nhd15.

Ram wise what do you have now? 32gb of ram is pointless for gaming

For the monitor get a gigabyte g27q or m27q. They cost 300 but are leagues ahead compared to that monitor.

You might wanna also look into a ssd as well games are moving to need one.

Do you already have that motherboard?

If you don't plan replacing it, There is no reason for buying K CPU, Neither 3200 RAMs, Nor that expensive Cooler.

Instead you should upgrade your board, Because fast ream really helps a lot in terms of performance.

Here is option one https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LYNyGq

P.S. you don't really need 32 GB of ram, But you can get it if u want. But Don't buy slower than 3600 CL 16 ram kid for this option.

Second variant:

For Cooler and RAMs, you can choose any of those in both variant. (Yes K CPU, Because only 10$ difference and why not?)

And since you have enough money, NVME boot Drive would be great.

Here is few options for you https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sh7CNP
