I actually have a Behringer UMC22 with the ultravoice XM8500.

From personal experience I can say the cardioid pickup pattern of the mic is very effective as  it is very good at not picking up background noise.

The UMC22 is good as well the only issue I have with it is I find sometimes it can be  difficult to unplug the XLR lead from the combo port.

I'm not sure about the scissor stand you have as I never used one but I think you should be fine with that one

 

Just curious did you find this match of mic and audio interface from the Ltt mic roundup a couple of years ago
