Offline Wikipedia Instance

Hi guys,

 

I'm looking to create a complete offline version of Wikipedia on one of my servers at work. Already have the ~30GB version which doesn't include web links or images and would like to attempt to download the complete version somehow (expecting this to be in the region of 5-10TB).

 

Does anyone know if this is possible and how I could go about doing it? :)

Sure it's possible. There are hundreds of mirrors of Wikipedia, and those all are just separate, complete copies of the site. Wikipedia has a page about downloading the database: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Database_download
