Go to Sound > Playback and check which device is being used as your main audio output. If something ever happened to my PC, that stuff for some reason kept resetting onto my monitor as an audio output which doesn't even have speakers.

Have you tried any other audio devices to see if those are detected? Ensure your audio drivers are up to date? Windows is up to date?

i have tried 2 different headphones, both work on my phone or laptop but on the pc nothing. i also tried plugging the headphones through my monitor and through my pc case aux and motherboard aux

but nothing

Looks like the integrated audio isn't being detected.  Open old school control panel (hold windows key and press R then type control and hit enter.  Open device manager  and see if there are any exclamation marks on any parts or even if the sound card is in there at all.  If not you may need to enter uefi/bios and make sure it''s enabled in there

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

How are you installing the driver for audio device?   Through windows or from motherboard website?  Either way you need to install from website for best results.  Before doing that download DDU-extract to desktop-restart in safe mode. (Windows+R, msconfig,  click boot tab and select safe mode, restart when prompted) Open DDU after restart and remove realtek with clean and restart.  THEN install the audio drivers from your motherboard makers website

You can try to use your spare USB to create a bootable linux system. Read here -> https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#1-overview

Once that's complete you boot from the USB instead of windows on your hard drive, once you're in the Ubuntu Distribution you can test if the audio is working. If so, you know for a fact it's an issue with your audio drivers in windows. If it still doesn't work, it could be a larger problem and may need to RMA your mobo for instance.

Yeah,  don't worry about Linux just yet.  Get some sleep.  A little usb sound card will work a treat until you troubleshoot your main audio hardware
