hi i am looking for a little help if possible if you take a look at the included picture i am trying too run watch dogs legion i have a ryzen 2700x, 16GB 2667mhz ballistix ram, msi B450 gaming plus max motherboard updated to latest bios, gigabyte rtx 2070 super, SST-SX650-G SFX 650W power supply. i know its sfx but its a good power supply that i already had and didnt think it would cause any issue. windows is on a toshiba 256gb ssd all latest drivers and updates and the games run off a 2tb seagate 7200rpm hdd. i also included the setting for the game too. raytracing on high and dlss on quality i have tryed turning both off and frames still dont change im kinda hoping from all the details iv sent that maybe someone could give me some direction on why the framerate is so low but the utilisation of the components are so low too. only thing i can think of is a bottleneck somewhere. thanks in advance.

Its the ram, it is quite slow. I would get 3200mhz or higher

iv done 3d mark just now and same story cpu, gpu sit around 60% at around 80fps the ram was on sale so probs wasnt best decision for this build thanks for your help.

Try and see if you can overclock your RAM before you just go out and buy new RAM lol.

Also there's plenty more testing you should do prior to making a determination based off that one factor alone.

60% GPU usage in the main test is problematic. It should be at or close to 100%. Have you tried to switch different versions of drivers?

Also, you are missing the actual numbers for fps from OP. Just noting it as "low" is very hard but objective term.

Running games and 3DMark.

Drivers have bugs and might not be optimized with latest game or Windows updates.
