Hi everyone.

I managed to win a Newegg Shuffle and upgraded from a MSI 3060Ti to a Gigabyte 3080Ti. I had no issues with the 3060Ti but now after swapping in the 3080Ti when I turn on my PC, the motherboard shows a 97 error code, which after research apparently is a GPU issue. If I restart the PC again it boots totally fine. If I shut the PC completely off and turn it back on, I'll get the error again. Motherboard is the MSI MEG Unify Z490.

I've tried stressing the GPU once the PC was on without any issues, upgrading the BIOS to the latest version, and resetting the BIOS to factory defaults. I had no luck with any of these.

Appreciate any advice. I'd rather not have to RMA a brand new card literally right out of the box if this is a fixable issue.

Thanks
