Urgent Help

My cpu fan Got stucked to the cpu, I removed it and the pins were fine but at the time of the removal with a hair dryer the cpu flipped over and it got thermal compound on the tip of numerous pins, how i can safely remove it?

rubbing or isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush will take that off super fast. then let dry and good to go. should be quick and ez
