Secure boot bricked PC

Hey everyone, i wanted to install W11 and enabled secure boot. And now my pc starts, does a weird thing where all rgb light peripherals flash every few seconds and there is no signal on the monitor. I tried resetting BIOS via the battery and it did not work. I tried switching through ram sticks, having just one plugged and nothing. 

 

My specs:

i5-10400f

RX 580

16GB Ram

H410M S2H mobo

There is a clear CMOS jumper that you have to short while turning the device on around the USB headers, clear your CMOS using that.

i have done that too. touching the two pins with a screwdriver for around 10 secs

it feels like the pc enters an infinite loop of booting, thus the lights flashing

If clearing CMOS does not work, try unplugging all devices that are not necessary for POST. All HDDs, SSDs, USB devices etc, and then try clearing CMOS again.

i am doing this right now

Have you done this to really be sure you are clearing CMOS properly? It can be stubborn.

 

1. Unplug the PC
2. Press the power button a few times
3. Remove the CMOS battery
4. Bridge the battery terminals or CMOS jumper

Yes I am sure. Everytime i reset CMOS it does a thing where it boots, shuts down and then boots again and that way i know it worked but the result is the same
