Thank you for stumbling upon my post. Games have been crashing on my computer recently and I have gotten feedback from this forum helping me find out what the issue is. To keep it simple it is a pre-built and came in with all fans set to exhaust and has a stock intel cooler. I did flip two front fans to intake to improve thermals.

Specs: i7-9700f

            2060 super 8gb

            16gb RAM

            asrock b360m xtreme

            sata ssd and sata hdd

            600w thermaltake non modular

I initially thought it was just an overheating issue. During gaming sessions and tests the CPU temperature can get up to 85C+. I was advised that it could be my power supply, CPU, thermal paste, and cooler. I didn't rule out the GPU as the root of the problem as I did not want to think it was due to the fact my CPU burns hotter than my GPU(75C max). To describe the crash I believe is what is called a "deadlock''. The computer will freeze display, caps lock will still work ,and keep running but I will have to reboot the computer manually. There's also another crash that I get and the computer's display goes black and the computer immediately reboots. I have been running 3Dmark Firestrike test and it always crashes and never makes it completely through and I get both crashes deadlock and a black screen reboot. I don't have a surplus of computer parts just like many of you and am trying to find out what is the problem before I start swapping parts in and out. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Once again thank you for taking the time to read this post!

if caps lock still works its most likely the GPU giving up.
Instant reboots can be motherboard and/or PSU

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Hope it’s not but can never rule it out. Thank you!

true, these are just indications.
Would need to investigate further. 😉
