I've extract the iso file using rar in my usb drive.

Plugged it in,make  it a boot priority.but this showed up,been rebooting multiple time and nothing happen..

(The system recently use hdd with windows 10 x64 as a boot device)

The  storage device  i'm using now is completely new

I'm kinda new to window installation

,is there anything I should do or I have no choice but to install windows 10 x64 ?

You cannot extract the files to usb using an archive util. You should use rufus to burn the iso to make a bootable usb device.

What's the reason for using 32bit Windows? Only 4gb of your 8gb of ram will be useable.

(forgot to mention it's an sd card reader) I formatted the sd card on my phone but the new android 11 mainly  restricted to fat32 volume and I can't transfer file bigger thn 4gb...window 8.1 32 bit is the only option for os under 4gb..My plan is to use whatever can make the pc to boot to window then  upgrade  it later..I don't have any desktop rn😅

So I'm a bit confused, you don't have another computer you can use to make the bootable USB?

The only way I've ever made bootable Windows USB's is using "RUFUS" / "ISO To USB" and a Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7 etc. ISO.
