Computer randomly turns off

I've had this computer for a little over a year, and it was barely used. The specs are: GTX 1660ti, amd ryzen 5 2600, 16gb ddr4 ram, aorus b450 elite motherboard. It wasn't used for a couple months and now I tried using it but it turns itself off after a short while, about 5 minutes, but the aorus logo stays lit on the motherboard. The only thing done with this pc in the couple months it wasnt used was taking out the ram, but I've put it back in since then.

 

I should propably add that when I turn the computer on, some red LED's turn on next to the logo on the motherboard
