Does wireless phone charging work through the ltt desk pads?

I recently got a giant ltt desk pad.  I'm about to upgrade my phone.  The new phone will have wireless charging.  If I mount a wireless charger in my desk under my mouse pad, will it work?  Has anyone tried?  I couldn't find another thread mentioning it.  Thanks

Just checked and unfortunately it doesn't. But you can try the modding thing.

current phone doesn't have wireless charging.  Was curious for after I upgrade and coudln't find an answer

Aren't LTT desk mats 3 mm? If this is so you propably can remove the housing and place the coil directly under the desk mat (they require x mm of space between TX and RX coil).

I'm not sure, but I'm completely fine with modifying stuff to make it work.  Assuming it'll work.

The pads are 3.5mm thick and no, they do not. Just tried with mine on my.
