RENDERING VIDEO ON LAPTOP

Can rendering on laptop damage it while cpu temperature is 97 degreese on high performance profile ? Today was first time I did this on new laptop with ryzen 5 5500u.

No modern CPU will damage itself by getting too hot (I really don't know why this is an idea that is perpetuated). Worse thing that can happen is it thermal throttles to the point that's incredibly slow or just shuts off.
