Hello all, So I have a 6600xt and ever since installing it I've noticed that it is not being fully utilized and my fps is not what it should be. I'm getting around 80 fps in Battlefield 5 at 1080p high/med setting but the GPU is only at 50-60% and my CPU is around 40%. I thought maybe it was just the game so I switched over to Farcry 5 and once again im getting around 80fps on 1080p and around 60fps on 1440p. I've used DDU to uninstall all drivers and reinstall them, I've tried changing settings, And I tried 3dmark. 3dmark was the only way that I was able to see my GPU getting above that 60% mark. I also tried valorant and was only getting around 140 fps. My old 1050ti was getting more fps on valorant than that.  I'm fairly new to PC building and I do not know what to try now. Any suggestions?

I attached a screenshot to show what I'm talking about. This is on 1080p high settings.

Specs: Sapphire pulse 6600xt, Asus Tuf x570-plus, 16gb ballistix ram 3200, Ryzen 2600x, EVGA G3 550

Was your 3dmark graphic score comparable to the expected score for a 6600XT?

Have you confirmed your memory is still running at 3200MHz?

Vsync or any limiation to 144hz monitor?

Not sure what else to suggest, temps look good,  GPU MHz is low suggesting it is not busy (CPU bottleneck), but a 2600x should be able to do more then 140 fps.

yeah, i dont remember exactly what the card scored for the graphics test i think it was 9500ish. I checked user benchmark and it said "102% is an outstanding 3D score, it's the bee's knees. This GPU can handle almost all 3D games at very high resolutions and ultra detail levels." I have xmp enabled and vsync off. All frame caps off too. I don't know what to do honestly. If GPU's were not as hard to get as they are I'd sell this one and find something else. This is my first AMD card and i'm not a fan so far

Found this on another thread about performance.  Could possibly be this https://betanews.com/2021/08/12/printnightmare-fixing-kb5005033-update-is-causing-performance-issues-in-windows-10/ ?

I have no clue, and I don't know how to check whatever that is either. I haven't updated windows in awhile so I don't know
