Cpu and gpu not spinning

Hey, I just want to clarify if I'm correct. My cpu and gpu is not spinning when I turn it on but my chassis fans are spinning and lights up. My PSU is faulty, right? I already tried plugging my desktop to a different wall socket with the same results.

That alone doesnt mean PSU is at fault. What else have you tried? What PSU is this? What are the complete details of your system?

Gpu fans not spinning is quite normal as they tend to have a 0 rpm mode cpu not spinning is not normal however. Did you plug the fan header in of the cpu fan? Did you plug it in the right way?

 

A psu failure seems highly unlikely. Does the computer start up?

Your CPU and GPU not spinng means, you mounted them correctly

If you are talking about the fans, you can unplug your CPU fan and make sure, you plug it in correctly.

Same thing for your graphics card's power supply cable.
