OS not using whole RAM capacity

When I'm using my PC with GPU inside, my OS is using all 8 GB of RAM I have, but when I remove GPU and switch to integrated graphics, there is only 7.87 GB of RAM usable. Is there any issue with my PC or that is normal. Thanks in advance

It's weird, maybe scan your OS with antivirus because that's impossible your system using all of your memory when u don't do anything special
