Modding AMD FSR into a Unity game.

Is there any information or resources on how one would go about doing this? I know people have already managed to mod FSR into Steam VR and even GTA 5, but I have not heard of someone doing such in a Unity game, although as far as I know it should be possible considering how documented Unity is when it comes to modding.
