I got gigabyte 650 w non modular psu.Should i continue my new build with it. Is it safe?

If its a GP-P850GM or GP-P750GM don't use it.

Only those two models shown in videos have serious problems. 

The other models are not great power supplies but you don't risk damaging the system with them (anymore than you would risk with other brand name power supply)

SN203430008014. I'll be using athlon 3000g Temporarily for 1 month with rtx 3060 Then Upgrade To R5 5600X

Very low end unit, does not belong in a system with an RTX 3060.

At this point I would just make a blanket recommendation against Gigabyte PSU's.

You don't need 850w. Even a high quality 550w is enough. Do you have a link to a shop in your country?

I didn't knew Much about These. I literally though Nzxt and Corsair are Expensive For No reason. This Is So Much Helpful Thanks For sharing This Man Now I know Enough To Judge A Psu. And Btw i m thinking To Go for Tier A after seeing This.
