PC is crashing while gaming

My PC is crashing while playing games. The crash is usually a freeze followed by a restart of the computer. Sometimes after the crash the computer will not restart until I power it completely off. The crash can also cause the computer to not even boot up. I thought this was an overheating issue but no components are overheating. There’s minimal dust, and I don’t know what else it could be. I’ve been playing fine for months and now all of a sudden playing higher utility games is making my pc crash. Please help!

I also have a similar issue, updating graphics drivers seems to fix it for most people. but this only fixed it temporarily for me. (If you do update, do a clean install)
