RX590 cannot update + screen flickers

Hallo! 

I have just started experiencing these problems.

first of all- When updating, I started experiencing Error 1603.
These are all the possible causes so you don't have to search for it!

I have tried all the possible fixes- no outcome! Please help me ASAP!
Also screen flickering, have tried all fixes I could find.

The antivirus I use is ESET Internet security.

will do that tmr, it didnt conflict previously tho. Also it doesnt popup a conflict
