I would probably try to fit a 32gb of RAM into the budget. Purely for gaming 16 is really enough, but if you will try to stream and or do some video editing or so you will soon hit a wall.

GPU : RTX 3070 Gaming X TRIO | CPU : Ryzen 5 7600 \ COOLER : Deepcool AK620 | MOBO : ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus | RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 16GBx2 6200 MHz \ Storage : Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 1TB \ PSU : Corsair TX750M | CASE : Be Quite! Pure Base 500DX Black

Unfortunately I am 15 punds over budget, but I added a better CPU, Case, SSD, a decent enough air cooler and a better PSU.

I downgraded the Monitor a bit, as the LG one is still pretty good and I don't think you will saturate the 165Hz panel with a 3060TI.
