Hello.

Is an RTX 3060 Ti a good combination with an i3 8100?

Depends. a 4/4 is pretty paltry nonetheless for any modern games, thanks to DX12 and vulkan so you gonna need a CPU upgrade at some point but GPU price is so bad that if you can snag a 300Ti at a reasonable price (aka near MSRP), then you should go for it regardless.

Monitor specs?

Games?

2k monitor (I have 1080 and 4k too but I think that 2k is ideal, if 4k is good let me know)

Apex Legends, gta v, dead by daylight, etc.

It certainly isn't going to hurt. But need to know how much RAM and what speed you have paired with the i3. If you're only looking to game at 1080p save the money on the GPU and get a CPU and GTX card.
