Existing parts:  GTX 1060(3GB)

 

Resolution: 1080P

 

Additional Considerations:  I need a new video card for my computer so it can handle my monitor. SAMSUNG 32 inch UJ59 4k monitor (LU32J590UQNXZA) - UHD, 3840 x 2160p, 60hz, 4ms

Additional budget for this card alone is $800

Yeah, thats not happening in this current market.

I think you should just keep your current gpu, save up abit for a new one, then upgrade to a new gpu like the 3070 or something

 

If you do want abit of extra futureproofing you could go for 32gb ram and/or 5900x but unless you are planning on running productivity programs that need alot of cores and ram its not neccesary
