White strips artifact

Okay so the story is i was playing gta 5 for a few hours and i quit the game, after a few minutes on discord the computer restart itself and this white strips start to appear http://imgur.com/gallery/lUlNI7c (the white strips)
And i realize that nvidia control panel was gone so i try installing a new driver and it make the screen unreadable cause now its full of white strips i restart my pc afterwards and it still the same as before installing the driver. BIOS is still normal with no strips
I dont know what to do
My pc specs:
i3 10105f
Gtx 1050 ti
8 GB ram
450w power supple from coolermaster
Gigabyte h410m h v2 motherboard
