Help wont boot

I have recently put together a pc build and it will not post to bios or show any image towards the monitor.

Specs

I5-7600K

16GB of Team Force ram

970 Gigabyte

Z270 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM

Kingston KC2500M8 M.2NVMe SSD 1TB

I cant see what the problem is and just need to know if there is something uncompatable

Is there any beeping when you power on?

Ive sorted it all out, I now have a gtx 1070 FTW from EVGA, but the new problem now is that games are not running smooth anymore getting only about 30 fps on low everything and in windowed 1920,1080
