Steam Account Hack?

Well, because of Steam Guard, your account has not been hacked. Well unless the hacker also have access to your Gmail. 

I think you should reset the password on your Steam account and also on your Gmail account. Remember to use different passwords. Maybe consider using a Password mananger. Also enable 2FA everywhere possible.

You have not been hacked.
It's just Steam warning you that someone used your account name and password to try and log in.
(Exactly as the text says).

 

I would suggest changing passwords en keep 2FA (two-factor-authentication) turned on!
And then no one but you has access.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

No i try everything hacker change my email to his email.

Contact steam, they can change back the email. https://support.steampowered.com
And for future use, ALWAYS use 2 factor authentication!!!
