Network Problem With A Specific Site

So I bought a laptop(legion 5 15 ACHOH) recently, installed windows, drivers and everything needed, so I decided to install some games.

BUT, when I wanted to install gta5( have my account on the rockstar platform, not from epic or steam) the web page with the rockstar games launcher download button its not working on any device in my house that is connected via wifi or ethernet, the speeds are good, gigabit, though if I'm entering via mobile data from my phone or via hotspot from my laptop its working.

Then, I took the installer thinking that its just the site that's not working from a friend via WeTransfer, installed it but couldn't launch it, because it says that I'm offline...again with hotspot its working.

I don't know what's the problem with my network and I thought that someone here had the same issue. I tried the 1.1.1.1 dns also.

reinstall game, could be a simple issue of trusting the network But in any case, that is very weird to be able to play via cellular but not home network

i tried many many times, my mobile data cant handle donwloading 100gb...certainly not in a good time

nope, I cant even launch the rockastar games launcher on wifi/ethernet
