Another will this ram work thread?

Go to solution Solved by X1XNobleX1X,

Thought so, just wanted to be 100 % as in Australia our return policy is quite well.... un favourable.

Would you go for the 1866 seeing as they are a touch faster and I would be doing some vid editing now and then?

If you're using it for video editing, might as well pay a little more for the 1866 MHz memory.

Hey all just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in regards to ram choices.

I'm looking at either of these corsair vengeance/vengeance pro CMY16GX3M2A1600C9 (1600 or 1866) or these CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9.My problem is with compatibility as I cant find either of these listed on the qvl for asus z87 expert mobo, cpu is a i74770k.

TLDR: Has anyone used either of these CMY16GX3M2A1600C9 or CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9. and had success or should I try something else.

Cheers.

Those memory sticks will work in any DDR3 motherboard available to date. Don't worry, they're only 1600 MHz.
