Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: wow, ffxiv, gw2, new world

 

Hello I want to build a new pc mostly for mmorpg games like wow and ffxiv. My point is to build cheap as possible pc with decent performance. From what I know these type of games strongly benefit from single cpu performance thats why I wanted to get something like 5600x instead of 11400f. Also I would like to use my old psu silentiumpc-vero-m2-bronze-600w and zalman z3 case if it's possible. Here are the parts I've chosen:

What do you guys think? Will I be able to achieve 3733mhz ram speed on b450 motherboard with no problems? And is the psu enough? I will be using this pc with gtx 1060 6gb but maybe in future I will get something like rtx 3060/3060ti.
